Information we collect

• Parent/guardian contact information you provide: name, phone number, and email.
• Player information a parent or guardian provides: first name, age, and training goals. Parents provide and manage their child's information; we don't collect information directly from children.
• Booking information: session times you book through our scheduling system.

How we use it

• To respond to you, schedule sessions, and send reminders.
• To send text messages if you opt in (see below).
• To run and improve our training and website.

Who we share it with

• Service providers we use to run the business, such as our CRM and scheduling system, text-message delivery, and payment apps, only as needed to provide their service.
• Our training facility: each month we share players' names and age groups with the Ventura Family YMCA for facility access, billing, and safety. We don't share contact details or medical information with the facility.
• When required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

• If you opt in, you'll receive session-related messages and, only if you separately opt in, promotional messages.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.
• Opting in is never a condition of purchase.
• We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Carriers receive your number only to deliver our messages.

Security and your choices

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by contacting us.

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
